The Siloam Springs Public Library is sponsoring a bilingual (English/Spanish) program led by Maria Conroy (a CHESS home school mom). This free program is held every Monday morning from
The Harvest Youth Library at Ecclesia College was created with the goal to provide godly resources and sample curriculum that may not be available in local public libraries, and at the same time be a central place homeschoolers can find out information about getting started in home education, and finding local homeschool support groups and activities.
The library is open to all area homeschooling parents that will respect the rules, resources, and the facility. No fees are planned. Cards are available; simply visit the library to find out more. The library is generally open between the hours of 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., and 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Library hours vary during the summer, holidays and semester breaks. Contact the
Donations are needed! Donating will benefit everyone - families are encouraged to share their favorite titles. The library is especially looking for resources that are God-honoring, character-building, and family-strengthening. Suggested topics (and items already available) include creation, marriage, homeschool "how-to" books, early readers, biographies, historical fiction, and more.

An ongoing used book sale sponsored by the Friends of the Siloam Springs Public Library is held in the lobby of the library at 401 W. University during regular library hours, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Proceeds are used to purchase shelving, furniture, books and other items needed at the library.
